I am quite the hybrid — born in South Africa, immigrated to New Zealand, where I lived for 13 years. Then I moved to Australia, where I been living in for 15 years.

I Discover Realistic Doll Art

I first got introduced to the world of realistic doll art, by my granddaughter who asked for a “real looking “ doll for her birthday. I discovered vinyl reborn dolls and was astounded at the realism. And there started my fascination and desire to create these works of art.

After doing many months of reborn art classes in a nearby city, I started to successfully create and sell my vinyl reborn dolls on Facebook.

Soon enough , I discovered another medium of art dolls, those made of silicone, and of course had to give that a go too!

Hooked on Silicone Doll Artwork

I tried my hand at painting silicone. Silicone is a totally different medium, one that was extremely challenging, but I was hooked! That was back in 2015 – and before long, I changed to painting Silicone dolls exclusively.

I am now an award winning prototype artist and painting silicone dolls is my full time job and passion.

I strive to create the utmost realism I can achieve through colour, texture and detail.

Most of my work is custom painting and I am usually booked up ahead for 6-12months, but this suits many customers as it allows them some time to save.
